While I spend most of my time weaving or felting, I still like to create other pieces that incorporate my main interests. Below are a selection of other pieces that I have made by hand.
These necklaces are centred around the use of hand-felted beads that have been threaded together with a variety of beads, both old and new, to create co-ordinated necklaces. There are many other necklaces in a broad spectrum of colours available to buy.

I love looking at attractive granite stones while walking along the seashore in Sweden. This has inspired me to use natural fleece wool to recreate the look of these pebbles. The wool is used to cover a plain pebble. These make great table decorations, paperweights or can be displayed with real pebbles. Can you tell the wool pebbles apart from the real pebbles?

During a Christmas spent with friends in Sweden I came across a christmas tree decorated with beautiful woollen robins. Inspired by this, I made my own robins for my own christmas tree, but have since broadened my scope and have made birds in other colours based mainly on the birds that come and feed in my garden. I am now also making birds to match my other woven pieces. Each bird measures approximately 7cm in height and has a ribbon for hanging.
